Hått
Hått er en trio med hardingfele, gitarer og trekkspill som i
hovedsak spiller tradisjonelle runddansslåtter i hardingfeletradisjonen.
Musikken skiller seg fra standard runddansslåtter i melodiganger, rytmefølelse
og oppbygging. Slåttene tilhører en gammel og særegen type runddansslåtter fra
den første tiden hvor europeisk impulser møtte de gamle norske bygdedansene og
bygdespelemennene. Hått spiller først og fremst slåtter fra Numedal, Valdres og
Telemark.
Hått startet opp i 1997 og gruppa deltok i begynnelsen på
flere Landsfestivaler i gammeldansmusikk med gode resultater. Senere har det
blitt mange oppdrag på konserter, dansearrangement og festivaler.

Hått is a trio with Harding fiddle, guitars and accordion that mainly plays traditional round dance music in the Harding fiddle tradition. The music differs from standard round dance music in melody, rhythmic feeling and structure. The tunes belongs to an old and distinctive type of round dance from the early days when European impulses met the old Norwegian dances and fiddlers. Hått primarily plays music from Numedal, Valdres and Telemark.
Hått started in 1997 and the group initially participated in several National Festivals in round dance music with good results. Later, there have been many assignments at concerts, dance events and festivals.
In 2009, Hått released the CD "B-burger" which was nominated for the Folkelarmpris and in 2012 participated in the CD «W – Musikk av Hans W. Brimi» which received the Folkelarmpris in the Documentation category.
Hått will release their new album “Morgonstjønna” in the autumn of 2026.
